Prices and payment
Check each tour’s price basis and inclusions. Our office confirms your selection and final total before you agree to book.
Send your request here: it goes directly to our office. Booking is confirmed after our team checks availability. WhatsApp is for questions only.
Your booking
Choose your tour, preferred date and guests, complete the contact form on the tour page and send your request. It is saved directly to our office system and you receive a request reference. No account or online payment is needed. WhatsApp is for questions only.
Your request reference confirms receipt, not reserved seats or payment. Our office checks availability and agrees the departure and current price with you before confirming the booking.
Pickup and inclusions vary by tour. Read the tour details and confirm your hotel and meeting arrangements with our office.
Cancellation by you
At least 48 hours before the tour: full refund.
Between 24 and 48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours before the tour, or if you do not show up: no refund.
Some tours may state different terms on their own page; those terms then apply.
Changes for safety and weather
Sea and desert trips depend on weather and safety conditions. If our team has to change or cancel a trip for safety reasons, we will contact you with the options available.
