What we collect
To arrange your trip we collect your name, phone number, nationality, hotel and, if you give them, your email address, room number and special requests.
How we use it
Only to confirm and run your booking, arrange pickup, answer your questions and send booking messages. We do not sell your data.
Who else sees it
Your request and contact details are saved in our booking system for authorized staff to follow up and organise your trip. WhatsApp is optional for questions and its own terms apply. Online payment is currently inactive; the request collects no card details and sends none to Paymob.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work: one remembers your language and one your light/dark display choice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to deliver your booking and to meet our accounting and legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your booking reference.
