Question 1

Do I need an account to book?

Accepted Answer

No. You can book as a guest without creating an account.

Question 2

How do I book?

Accepted Answer

Choose your tour, preferred date and guests, complete the contact form on the tour page and send your request. It is saved directly to our office system and you receive a request reference. No account or online payment is needed. WhatsApp is for questions only.

Question 3

Are the dates shown really available?

Accepted Answer

A preferred date is a request, not a scheduled departure or a reserved seat. Our office checks availability before confirming.

Question 4

Are prices per person or per group?

Accepted Answer

Each tour shows how it is priced. Most are per person; some are per unit, such as a buggy, a private boat or a transfer vehicle.

Question 5

When is my booking confirmed?

Accepted Answer

Your request reference confirms receipt, not reserved seats or payment. Our office checks availability and agrees the departure and current price with you before confirming the booking.

Question 6

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel at least 48 hours before the tour for a full refund, or 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. Cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows are not refunded, unless the tour's own terms say otherwise.

Question 7

Can I book a private trip?

Accepted Answer

Some services, such as a private boat, are arranged on request. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is possible.
